RLRA is committed to protecting the rights and cost of living for our neighbors. Over the last few years, we have been focused on ensuring that electricity submetering is implemented legally, fairly, and properly.
While we are not opposed to submetering, we are opposed to the current conditions surrounding the implementation of submetering in our building.
